Remember this Chinese Proverb at the end of the day:

You cannot prevent the birds of sadness from passing over your head, but you can prevent them from making nests in your hair.

    Ooh, it seems everyone's been having a rough week. I thought it was just over here (it's the last week of term; things get pretty rough).

    Thanks for the thought; someone once told me the same thing when I was in a lot of pain, and it's surprising how much easier things become when you're reminded that you're in control.
